Night strips the day, sweeping through, my soul silently fading into the slumberous haven, a step closer to a sought dream. Darkness falls and prevades my mind, carrying me once again into the dream of him.
lightning splits skies, rain seeps through cracks, distances of space and time fade, he's now here. . .
The flash of deep amber blinds me, sight of my only vision, the color of the eyes that paint my world alive, lie beside me, staring deep within my heart.
He's next to me. . .
Screaming echos fill the depths of my mind, bringing terrors in the night, silenced by his lips, sweet and soft, opium, drug-like, lucid, the drug of my choice.
He becomes me. . .
His skin caressing mine, melting the stone heart that beats in my hollow chest, spilling through my soul, awakening the beauty within the darkness. Bringing life back to the broken smile that saved his world. . .
